Aakruti has gained experience in various mental health roles over the past 7 years, including working as a Clinical Psychologist in India. She works with people from all cultural backgrounds and speaks Hindi and Gujrati.
Aakruti is passionate about helping clients and families in crisis. She firmly believes that establishing a strong support system, no matter how big or small, is the first step to helping you achieve your life goals. Therefore, her approach is holistic and includes your family support system and connecting with other key people (for example, with your consent, your doctor or others involved in your care).
Taking a flexible approach to therapy, Aakruti believes that the focus is very much on the needs of the client. Not a “one size fits all” process. Her aim is to guide you on your life journey, providing you with strategies to unlock your maximum potential. Aakruti especially enjoys helping her clients: improve their mood, overcome anxiety, reduce work-related stress, resolve relationship issues, cope with learning difficulties, and learn strategies to cope with many other mental health issues.
