Booking Confirmation Policy

Step 1. Client registration form

Please spend a few minutes completing our client registration form now. 

Step 2. Client consent form

Please take a few minutes to complete our client consent form now. This form must be completed prior to commencing any consultations. If you have not completed the form the session cannot go ahead due to medico-legal reasons.

Step 3. Confirmations

An SMS reminder will be sent 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please reply to confirm the appointment and indicate your preferred mode of treatment: Face to face (F), Video (V), or Phone (P).

Cancellations

Cancelled sessions will be billed in accordance with the recommended fee schedule of the Australian Psychological Society, as follows:
0–24 hours notice: Full fee
24–48 hours notice: 50% of fee
Failure to attend with no notice will be billed at the full session fee
Cancellation fees will only be charged if no replacement service is billed for lost time.
