Step 3. Confirmations
An SMS reminder will be sent 72 hours prior to the appointment. Please reply to confirm the appointment and indicate your preferred mode of treatment: Face to face (F), Video (V), or Phone (P).
Cancelled sessions will be billed in accordance with the recommended fee schedule of the Australian Psychological Society, as follows: 0–24 hours notice: Full fee 24–48 hours notice: 50% of fee Failure to attend with no notice will be billed at the full session fee Cancellation fees will only be charged if no replacement service is billed for lost time.
