Hansen is available on Mondaysfor in person, video, or phone consultations. Hansen sees clients aged 12 years and older. Hansen is a registered psychologist who is experienced in delivering individual counselling, psychotherapy, assessments and behavioural interventions across the lifespan. He is experienced in the following areas: depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, chronic pain, OCD, self-esteem issues, life transitions, autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Hansen has worked with many different organisations around Sydney and in QLD. Hansen enjoys working with people who have experienced complex trauma, including injured workers and persons who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident.

Hansen has been awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology from the University of Western Sydney.
Registrations & Memberships
Hansen is fully registered as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (a division of the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)). All psychologists with general registration meet a minimum standard of education and training and have been assessed as a suitable person to hold general registration in the profession. He has met a high level of education, training, ethical and professional standards, and undertakes ongoing training and skills development. Psychologists with general registration have a minimum of six years of university training and supervised experience, and build on that with ongoing education. General registration allows psychologists to work in any area of psychology and to use the title 'Psychologist'. Psychologists use evidence-based, customised psychological approaches to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of clients and concerns.
Hansen has the appropriate qualifications, training and registration to deliver services to injured workers in the NSW workers compensation system. As a State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) approved Psychologist Hansen is also qualified to deliver psychological services to persons who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident through the New South Wales Compulsory Third Party (CTP) schemes.
