Naida has over 20 years’ experience delivering mental health services in private practice, medical settings, and organisations in the private and public sectors.
Naida assists adults with a range of presenting issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress management, trauma (including PTSD, complex), adjustment and attachment disorders, anger management, bullying and harassment, self-esteem, self-development, motivation, career coaching, life coaching, performance coaching, wellness/resilience, and workplace challenges. She is also experienced in providing Corporate services including EAP, Manager Assist/Coaching, Critical Incident/Trauma onsite support, training and workshop facilitation covering a range of topics including Bullying and Harassment, Stress Management, Resilience, Change Management, Self-Esteem, Managing Mental Health, and Corporate Wellness.
Naida’s approach when assisting clients is collaborative, informed by Positive Psychology with its focus on strengths based, solutions focused strategies developed from a space of compassion and acceptance. She is passionate about working with her clients to achieve their therapy goals. Her professional background beyond Psychology, including industrial relations, legal, marketing and human resources, also provides valuable skills and insight that can support her work in the counselling setting.

Naida has been awarded a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) (Educational Psychology) from Sydney University
Registrations & Memberships
Naida is fully registered as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (a division of the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). All psychologists with general registration meet a minimum standard of education and training and have been assessed as a suitable person to hold general registration in the profession. She has met a high level of education, training, ethical and professional standards, and undertakes ongoing training and skills development. Psychologists with general registration have a minimum of six years of university training and supervised experience, and build on that with ongoing education. General registration allows psychologists to work in any area of psychology and to use the title 'Psychologist'. Psychologists use evidence-based, customised psychological approaches to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of clients and concerns.
Naida has the appropriate qualifications, training and registration to deliver services to injured workers in the NSW workers compensation system. As a State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) approved Psychologist Naida is also qualified to deliver psychological services to persons who have been injured in a motor vehicle accident through the New South Wales Compulsory Third Party (CTP) schemes.
